We take time planning out our projects, communicating with you, the homeowner, to fully understand what vision is in your minds eye when imagining your new space. By conducting our due diligence, we are able to give you a comprehensive price on your project and we have the experience to keep change orders to a minimum.

A note from our owner:

When I took over ValuePro in 2019, I was coming up on my 30th year in the construction industry. I started my apprenticeship with my father when I turned 9 in 1989. He taught me much about flooring, tile and bathroom remodels. I continued working with him until I graduated high school in 1999. After graduation, I joined the US Navy and earned an engineering degree through their electronics program. I spent the next 6 years maintaining and repairing airfield equipment such as navigational radars, communication systems, and Electrical work with the Seabees on new barracks. When I got out, I went back into construction; bringing with me all the experience, dedication and leadership I had gained from the military. I am deeply committed to providing the best remodeling experience possible to all of my clients. I don’t want to just build a new space for you, I want to build a lasting relationship that is beneficial for all parties involved for many years to come

Our Process

Over 1000 decisions are made over the course of a renovation. The typical lifespan of any kitchen or bath is 15-20 years. That’s why we believe it’s imperative that a project is done right the first time and meets not only your present needs, but looks ahead to meet your future requirements. We understand the amount of stress our clients feel throughout the renovation process. Our goal is to minimize anxiety and worry through clear planning, budgeting and scheduling. With this emphasis on our clients peace of mind, we have created a 5 step process for every job.
